2010 Conference packages
We recommend our conference packages:
1. Business meeting and conference package
- Conference room, incl. writing pads and pens
- Standard technical equipment (overhead projector, screen, flip chart and a pin board)
- Two soft drinks per person
- Morning coffee break with tea and coffee, pastries, yogurts and a fruit basket
- Lunch: 3-course menu with choice of three main courses or buffet lunch (of the hotel`s option) inkl. one soft drink
- Afternoon coffee break with tea and coffee, Danish pastries or traybakes
- Per person and day: € 49.50
Package as mentioned above, including dinner: € 64.50
Special room rate for conference guests:
- Double room: € 129.00
- Single room: € 94,00
Per night and room, incl. taxes, service fees and breakfast buffet.
2. Weekend conference package
Weekend package, valid from friday to sunday, including:
- Accomodation for one night
- Breakfast buffet
Day 1
- Morning coffee break with tea and coffee, pastries, yogurts and a fruit basket
- Lunch: 3-course menu with choice of three mains or lunch buffet
- Afternoon coffee break with tea and coffee, Danish pastries or traybakes
- Dinner: 3-course menu with choice of three mains, or dinner buffet
Day 2
- Morning coffee break with tea and coffee, pastries, yogurts and a fruit basket
- Lunch: 3-course menu with choice of three mains or lunch buffet, incl. one soft drink
On both days:
- Two soft drinks per person and day during conference
- Conference room, incl. writing pads and pens
- Technical equipment (overhead projector, screen, flip chart and pin board)
Weekend package per person: € 144.00
General information
For all packages, an additional room hire fee of €150 will apply for bookings for less than 15 participants.
Status: January 2010. All prices are valid until 31/12/2010. All prices will cease to apply on publication of a new price list.
